Local policing from the Dereham Safer Neighbourhood Team

Welcome from T/Ch/Insp Paul Wheatley

Welcome to the Dereham Safer Neighbourhood Team pages. The town of Dereham and surrounding villages is a beautiful, friendly and safe area and your local policing team is working to keep it that way.

In addition to the Beat Managers and PCSOs, every Safer Neighbourhood has five teams of Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) Patrol officers who will respond to your calls for service 24 hours a day, investigate the crimes in your area and work with the Beat Managers and PCSOs to deliver your local priorities.

We want you to feel confident that the Safer Neighbourhood Team, which includes police and partner agencies, will work together to help resolve problems you tell us are affecting you or your community.

Work with us to keep the neighbourhood safe by telling us your concerns. Speak to your local officers at our public briefings and meetings or contact us by phone, email or online. We are your Safer Neighbourhood Team and we are here to help.
